Hello, World!

Ear wax removal

  • To prepare for ear wax removal, you will need to use medical grade olive oil drops or spray. We recommend using it two times a day for three to five days before the ear wax removal. This will assist in firstly softening the earwax prior to removal.

  • On the day of your appointment we will arrive at the allocated time slot you have chosen. We are able to perform our treatment wherever you feel most comfortable. Although we require a small working surface area nearby. Once the equipment is set up we will take some basic medical history and run through the procedure with you.

We offer the most effective and least invasive method of ear wax removal, through microsuction.

There are various other methods, but we believe this to be the safest and pain free treatment currently on the market.

  • Microsuction ear wax removal is the most commonly used technique to remove a build-up of wax from the ear.

Microsuction is even effective with hard or compacted ear wax.

Microsuction utilises suction to gently remove excess wax from the ears. A soft probe is placed in the ears

Learn about our Vitamins & Minerals

  • To ensure your safety and maximise the effectiveness of your vitamin injections, we strongly recommend blood testing before starting any IM treatment. Checking your B12, vitamin D, and other key nutrient levels helps us tailor doses precisely to your needs, avoiding unnecessary supplementation and identifying any underlying imbalances. Whilst we currently do not offer testing on-site, we advise consulting your GP or other Health Care Professional first.

Excitingly, we’re developing a holistic care package – launching soon – that will include blood testing, personalised nutrient plans, and ongoing support, making your wellness journey simpler, safer, and fully integrated. Your health is our priority, and this proactive step ensures we act in your best interest from day one.

  • Biotin is water soluble and is a B-vitamin (also called vitamin B7).

Biotin supplementation supports healthy hair, skin, and nails, often improving strength and reducing brittleness. It also aids metabolism by helping convert food into energy and support nerve function by assisting in neurotransmitter activity. Biotin may also help regulate blood sugar levels and promote cell growth, making it beneficial for overall wellness.

  • Vitamin B12 gives your body what it needs to fight fatigue and stay sharp. It helps turn your meals into steady energy, so you can avoid those afternoon slumps. Many people notice better focus, a more balanced mood, and even easier weight management when their B12 levels are where they should be. It's not a miracle cure, but if you've been feeling run down, it might be just what you're missing.

  • Vitamin C isn’t just for fighting off colds—it’s your daily wellness essential. This antioxidant powerhouse helps keep your immune system strong, boosts collagen for healthy skin, and even fights fatigue by improving energy levels. Whether you’re recovering from a late night, battling stress, or just want to feel your best, Vitamin C gives your body the support it needs to power through.

Not a cure-all, but definitely a game-changer for staying on top of your health.

  • Vitamin D does more than just support strong bones—it’s a key player in immune function, energy levels, and mood balance. Many of us don’t get enough from sunlight alone, especially during darker months. Optimal Vitamin D levels can help your body stay resilient, fight fatigue, and maintain overall wellbeing. Blood Pressure checks

  • Getting your blood pressure checked is a super quick win for your health – it helps spot sneaky issues early or gives you peace of mind if you’re just curious! If your GP’s asked for a week’s worth of readings (super common to rule out ‘white coat syndrome’!), or you’d like to keep an eye on things, we’ve got you. We measure it with care: you’ll sit comfortably, rest for 5 mins, and we’ll use a properly fitted cuff. No rushing – just accurate, gentle checks. Easy peasy!

  • We love helping you keep tabs on your wellbeing, including blood pressure checks! But heads up — we’re not doctors, so if your readings are consistently high, low, or just don’t feel right, we’ll always recommend chatting with your GP. They’re the experts and can dig deeper if needed. We measure with care and kindness here, but your safety comes first — so if we spot anything that needs a pro’s eye, we’ll gently say: ‘Let’s get your GP’s thoughts on this.’ Teamwork makes the dream work!
